Shipping
- Most orders within the contiguous U.S. are delivered in 3 days or less.
- Some rural locations on the far East and West coasts may take up to 4 days.
- We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. states.
- Due to hazmat regulations, ZyCoat products ship UPS Ground only to contiguous U.S. addresses.
- Any shipments outside the contiguous U.S. will have additional charges added to the invoice.
Returns
- Returns are processed as a credit back to the original credit card used.
- Our products are designed to last — once installed, they stay in your vehicle.
- While returns are rare, we’re here to help if needed.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 States.
Refund policy
All sales are final and the return of merchandise may be authorized only after a return request has been made. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided by your customer service representative. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the returning package and must be included in all correspondence. Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returned parts must be in new and resellable condition and undamaged. Items used, dented, damaged, rusty, chromed, coated, primered, painted, powder coated, stained, sealed or modified in any way are not returnable. All authorized returns must be received by Bed Wood and Parts, LLC within 30 days of the original invoice date. We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damage
Claims for damaged or lost merchandise must be made directly with the freight carrier. Merchandise that is shipped via UPS and received damaged must be kept in original carton for their inspection. It is extremely important for you to inspect your shipment for damage in the presence of the delivery person and before signing for the package. Bed Wood is not responsible for replacing any damaged wood after 30 days from the invoice date. If you need help making a claim to the freight carrier, please call for assistance.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).
